How to take a plaster?
- Remove the protective backing sheet from the adhesive plaster tape.
- Attach the wood vinegar extract powder pack (coloured side) to the middle of the adhesive side of the adhesive plaster tape as indicated. Apply immediately after the protective backing sheet is removed from the adhesive plaster tape.
- Stick the whole plaster tape to the affected area such as the soles or knees for 6 - 8 hours. It is best to apply plaster before going to bed and allow them to work while you sleep.
- After the above mentioned time period has elapsed, gently remove used plaster. Thoroughly wash the feet and discard the used plasters.
Plasters can be used on any part of the body where you experience discomfort, such as knees, shoulders, back, etc. The colour of the sheet will change according to the condition of your health.
